I've heard that the legislature again changed the Green Acres law.
Where can I find out what the changes are?

Legislature will revisit Green Acres law during next session, so we still do not know where we stand. And, the Department of Revenue still has not communicated with the counties re Green Acres tax policy for 2010 tax year. Landowners are in limbo re intrepretation of "legislative intent" by the Department re changes made in Green Acres law in spring of 2009.
